This week our host Elly Greaney was joined by the fabulous Melanie Calver who is the Digital Services Practice Manager at BPDTS LIMITED.

Melanie’s career journey is extremely inspiring. From just 8 years old she was Tech obsessed when her father, who worked as a developer, taught her how to code. From then on, her love for Tech grew and grew.

Melanie’s career has taken her all over the world and she has been involved with so many interesting projects. 

It was fantastic to hear Melanie talk about her experience with mentoring and the things that she learned on Penny Ferguson’s course, The Living Leader. For any of our listeners who are interested in personal leadership, you will love this!
 
 In addition to discussing all things career-based, Elly and Melanie discussed family, top tips for managing work-life balance and the issues Melanie has faced being a woman in Tech.
