Elly Greaney is back with Season 3 of our The Journey of a WiT Podcast! 

 In this episode, Elly is joined by Amanda Kirby who has started her new role at Thames Water remotely and is now onboarding and managing whole teams she has not met!

 With a natural instinct for improving processes, Amanda started her tech career by rolling out a new payment system at Sainsbury's and has since worked with some major media giants. 

 Elly and Amanda talk about being a woman and a mum in tech, juggling those responsibilities, and how the sector is changing. Amanda talks about how important it is to have people and diversity at the centre of the company, and at TP we totally agree with her. 

 Amanda has such an infectious personality, it's super clear how she has managed to grow amazing, motivated teams.  Her favourite thing, she says, is watching other people fly high and succeed!
