This episode Elly was joined by Rituja Rao, Winner of the Future Star of Tech: IT Manager award 2020, Winner of TechWomen100 Award and SCRUM Master at Sparta Global. Rituja is an amazing project manager, consultant and mega advocate of tech, D&I and empowering women.
They discuss Rituja's journey into tech, big dreams and celebrating achievements! Not from a traditional computer science background, Rituja first explored journalism and now uses her communication skills to break the stereotypes around tech!
She and Elly talk about how many roles contribute to the end to end tech process and redefining what a "techie" means. Rituja’s passion for attracting diversity in the tech workplace and the need to change preconceived stereotypes around tech really speaks to us here at TP.
We loved Rituja's energy for giving back to the tech community, and her super work ethic. She speaks with such joy about community and networking that really fills our hearts!
