Tom Twellman joins us today to talk about leading your family and leading at work. He shares a quote from his dad, "I'm not a Unisex, I'm a Man!"

His family owns some real barbershops designed to allow men to gather, create experiences and enjoy getting our hair cut! This used to be something that guys did and was woven into the fabric of America. Hair Saloon is bringing that back and now has 17 locations.

Tom shares some stories about his kids and about how his wife nearly died. This part gets emotional, as you can imagine.
