After that first house purchase in 2002, he bought a second property. This time he learned some hard lessons, but he kept at it. Finally, after 11 years of being a hobby landlord, he found his true passion in real estate investing. 
It was at a real estate investor meeting that Adrian discovered the world of real estate investing. More specifically, Adrian found his key to success in the untapped gold mine of mobile homes. He has successfully been following that path ever since.
