In this episode I'm joined by Somayeh who has picked up running to raise money for charity and hasn't stopped since!
By now she has run 12 marathons and is working towards her 6-star medal.
We will dive into what it takes to make it to the finish line and how your mindset can not only play a role in running marathons but also when it comes to your life and career in general.

About Somayeh:
Somayeh Tosi is an Iranian-British woman lived in the UK since 2005. Somayeh is a lawyer, qualified mediator, and non-executive director with a long-standing background in Health and Social Care, a Mother, and an Amateur Marathon Runner. In Iran where Somayeh grew up, gender equality and women's rights do not exist. For that, she decided to move to London in the hope of accessing freedom and equality, but instead, she has faced other challenges including racial inequality. With determination, she now has a rewarding career, she volunteers her time to support the local community and has been actively involved in campaigning for women's rights. Somayeh is a mother to a young girl. As a woman who once lived in an oppressive society, there are so many things she was told that she could not do, hence, Somayeh wants to share, with other women, those feelings of empowerment she has found through perseverance and resilience leading her to a successful career.
