She co-founded Go Zero®—one of the first voluntary carbon offset initiatives in the United States—to help address habitat loss and climate change by planting of more than 10 million trees with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Jena is a Senior Fellow with Future 500, and a leadership coach for Planet Women, which aims to ensure pathways for 100 women CEOs in the field of conservation.
