Mayor of El Cajon Bill Wells

Bill Wells has been the mayor of El Cajon since 2013, and he started his career as a city councilman in 2008. Mayor Wells is also a doctor of Psychology and the owner of his own healthcare company that provides care to those with specialized psychiatric conditions.
