Hey, everybody. This week's message on the John Hallett podcast is, why do you train? Whether it's fitness or self defense, martial arts, it's always a good idea to just step back and go, why am I doing this? I know I got caught up in Crossfit and chasing time. We were an affiliate for well over ten years.
I think it might have been 13, but, um, don't quote me on that. But it was a long time. And, you know, I started getting hurt. Injuries and just that repetitive wear and tear. There's only so many pull ups in a week you can do before you're just wearing yourself down.
