Today I'm talking a little bit about testing for black belt here at Rocky Mountain self defense and fitness. Some of the expectations are training more, stepping it up. You might have been coming, you know, two days a week. You're getting ready for that black belt. You need to step that up. You need to be coming as much as you can.
