Does that ever seem like just one of those days where everything just beats you down? I got to tell you, I don't know how hard those days would be if I didn't get my butt up out of bed. Get in a cold plunge. That's always a good mental challenge.
Everything else seems a bit easier when you can get into that cold water first thing in the morning, get in a workout, you're going to feel better. And at the end of the day, tomorrow is another day. Just get up and get after it.
