My interview with Sifu Rafael, the host of Coaching Call.  I met him at Podfest, and his podcast covers coaching by trainers in sports, martial arts, fitness and business.  He owns MAX Martial Arts in Farmingdale, NY, and I was honored to have him interview me.  He has been training in martial arts, especially Kung Fu, since 1975.
