 The vast majority of our society has an unhealthy relationship with food yet most people stay stuck in this negative pattern.  Studies show that our own relationship with food will play a major role in not just our own health but in our children’s as well.

In this episode we unpack:
1) Signs of an unhealthy relationship with food and if you fall into that category
2) WHY it's important for you to grow in this area
3) HOW you can shift this to enhance you and your families health

We also discuss what industries want to keep us stuck in these negative relationships with food in order make a profit off of us. And, how the enemy uses it to disempower us from never living out our purpose or hearing from God.
