30: Labor like a Goddess featuring Alexandria Moran and Lauren Mahana

I was blessed to talk with the authors of my favorite book that helped me so much throughout pregnancy and labor.

Every woman goes on a journey, in pregnancy through birth, where she must learn how to let-go of who she used to be (her Maiden-self) and embrace who she is destined to become (her Mother-self). It doesn’t matter what kind of birth we experience we aim for, we all must take this journey and delve deep into the Underworld of our own psyche, emotions and negative habits. Only there can we face our old self, let her die away and invoke a new, more evolved and whole version of ourselves… the Mother.
