Congressman Elect Harley Rouda just won one of the most watched, most competitive, and most expensive congressional races in the country.
He defeated 30 year incumbent Republican Congressman Dana Rohrabacher in California's 48th district.
So what's next for the Orange County Democrat who will represent a majority Republican district?
"We need moderates back in office," he tells us.
