J Scott is an entrepreneur, investor, and the co-host of The BiggerPockets Business Podcast. In the past ten years, J and his wife have bought, built, rehabbed, sold, lent-on and held over $40M in property all around the country. J runs the popular website 123Flip.com and is the author of four books on real estate investing. 
J driven completely by his desire to provide for his family, and to spend the important moments with them. He wants to lead his kids to understand their own version of success, and to act on it. He operates his business and life always in a “family-first” way, and to this day both he and his wife tend to leave their schedules open in order to have more family time.
