Joe Fairless is an investor with over half a billion dollars under management. His company, Ashecroft Capital, is growing quickly in the multifamily space, and on top of that he is also the host of The Best Ever Real Estate Investor podcast. He is married with a 5mo old daughter.

He had great early role models through his father and step-father, and he adopted an “anything’s possible” mindset starting in high-school when trying out for college football, but taking it much farther than that.

Joe’s primary focus is delivering expected returns to the investors in their portfolio, and he has done so successfully by setting aside any ego, and putting the right people in place to focus on this goal.
