How often do you ask Mother Earth for guidance and Support? Does it sound like a crazy idea? You’d be surprised how helpful she is and how many real problems she solves. 
I start most intuitive coaching with building a relationship with Mother Earth. It’s pretty amazing what she provides. Having a relationship with the planet is grounding and centering.  hat grounding allows the release of energies that don’t serve you. Centering keeps the energy body stable and balanced.
