On this episode,
I speak with Steaven Morris, a 25 years old man who came from a small country town named Stanthorpe and decided he didn't to be the same as everyone else his age.
He found himself on the wrong side of the law multiple times thanks to drink driving charges which resulted in him being dishonorably discharged from the army meaning he had no career, no license and for what some would have seen as no hope.
From here he transformed himself into the positive role model which he is today and is helping so many others in the community around him to do the same.
We spoke about
- the stigma around coming from a small town and how if you dont leave at a young age, you are likely to be stuck there
- how he overcame drinking and drug culture at a very young age
- why he now chooses to push his body to the limits in positive ways every day
- what its really like for a young man to join the army
- how running and exercise has completely changed his life
