Your values, thoughts and beliefs create the way you view yourself, not only externally but internally as well. We critique our bodies in ways we've been conditioned to do. But, what if I told you, you could change this programming. The first step is to be self aware then, do the work to break the patterns. In this episode I talk about how my personal values, thoughts and beliefs made me view my body and how once I started to change the way I thought, that's when I started to really love what was on the outside.
