Leadership Lessons from Windhorse Farm.

Jim and Margaret Drescher were stewards of Windhorse Farm, a retreat center and sustainable business enterprise for over 30 years. In 2022, they transitioned the land and properties to Ullnoweg Education Centre, an Indigenous charitable organization. 

As mentors, they have taught mindful leadership and deeper connection to nature to many. We were happy to have them on our podcast and get to hear them speak.
