Remember that each of these levels takes at least three months for your child to develop. We’re going for quality—not for speed.

Social games with gestures are a great way to introduce imitation skills. Use motions you know your child can already do, and make it a fun back-and-forth exchange.

Today’s activity: Use familiar social games (like so big, peek-a-boo) in new situations to add variety.
