Movement is important so your child can explore their surroundings and learn more about their world—so they have more to talk about!
At Level Two, you child spends a lot of time exercising their muscles. They’re building strength in their core muscles.
Today’s activity: Put a small rolled blanket under your child’s hips to slightly raise them. (Keep your child’s weight on their back and shoulders, not their neck.) Place a toy on their tummy, fastened between the snaps on their shirt.
