Episode 7 || An Endometriosis Healing Journey

In this episode, my now friend and former client Brook joins us to tell all women about the healing possible in her body. Brook is a SymptomLESS Program graduate, engineer of a fortune 500 company, yogi, wife, daughter, and incredibly inspiring woman!

In this show, Brook talks about how for 20 years she struggled with endometriosis pain while doctors reminded her constantly that what she experienced was normal. Finally, one doctor took her seriously and recommended oral birth control pills. This further catapulted her health into ruins until she found the real heal.

Brook now lives without the crippling symptoms from her menstrual cycle causing her to cancel trips and live a life feeling harnessed by her pain.
