Podcast #69 Caitriona Jennings London Olympics Disappointment followed by a Podium in the Iconic Comrades Ultra Marathon

We have an amazing athlete for you this week London Olympian and quite possibly one of Ireland's greatest female Ultra Runners Caitriona Jennings.

She graces a marathon time of 2:36:14 and just two weeks ago she came third in the world most iconic Ultra Marathon The Comrades on the up course in an incredible time of 6:24:12 on the 87Km course.

Caitriona has had her knock backs like every great runner, but her determination and self belief to succeed is what sets her apart from most.
