Creative Thinking – The world's 2nd most demanded skill

This is our third and final live-and-in-person Inspiration Session for 2024, specially created for Elevate by Matt Bolton-Alarcón of Special Sauce Training, ensuring that our community receives the most valuable and impactful content, tools, resources, and inspiration.

Matt has worked for the last two decades in learning and development. He has trained thousands of people all over the world from companies like Google, L'Oreal and Innocent. 

The title of Matt’s talk tonight is all about Creative Thinking, which is just as well because LinkedIn, The World Economic Forum and McKinsey all agree, creativity is at the top of the list of skills demanded by employers.
