Meditation is the tool that I point to as the one which helped me transform my entire life. By getting inside of our mind and body we can let go of what's there and replace it with something more powerful and purposeful. By practicing meditation you will accelerate your path to wealth, success and happiness.
The primary elements of this episode are:
- What's in your mind and body - your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions - got you here. The same ones will not get you to the next level.
- Most people are still living with the same beliefs that they were programmed with between the ages of 0-7, and these beliefs were those of your parents and authority figures during your most impressionable years.
- When you choose beliefs, thoughts and emotions based on wealth, success and happiness, you'll see new opportunities appear to reflect these new internal states. The external world is just a reflection of your internal world.
