Ep80. Do You Give Yourself Permission To Think Higher Level Thoughts?

I've transformed every aspect of my life. But there was one part that I struggled with the most - giving myself permission to think and feel differently than I did in the past. Higher level, empowering thoughts felt like lies, so I struggled to think differently. But as I continued to practice thinking and feeling at higher levels, everything in my life changed even more rapidly. In this episode I share the struggle story.

The primary elements of this episode are:

1. The way you think and feel got you here. They will not get you to the next level of wealth, success, and happiness. You must think differently to shift the quality of your life.
2. When I first read about changing your thoughts to change your life, I felt like I was just lying to myself each time I tried to shift a thought to a higher level thought. This sensation of lying was simply the psychological distance to becoming a higher version of myself.
3. After the mental resistance to new thoughts began to dissolve, I was then able to feel the new sponsoring emotion of the thoughts. As I retrained my thoughts and emotions, my entire life transformed quickly.
