I've recognized three sources of stress and struggle in the lives of the people I've worked with. In this episode I present my findings. I'm not saying that these are the only sources - just the three sources that surface more regularly in the lives of the hundreds of people I've worked with in our various programs. 

The primary elements of this episode are:

  • When we are not true to ourselves, we pretend to be who we're not. I wrote The Imposter In Charge about this exact issue.
  • When we do not have a positive relationship with our body, mind, and emotions, we'll always feel broken. Treating them with loving kindness begins the healing process.
  • When we understand and heal painful emotional patterns, we discover more peace, love, and joy in our lives. Ignoring painful emotions will gradually cause even more pain and suffering. 
  • As we resolve these issues, we live a more wealthy, successful, and happy life.
