Becoming who you want to become will always be uncomfortable. Growth is uncomfortable because it's unfamiliar. In order to grow, we must create new thinking and feeling habits, and that is an incredibly uncomfortable process. It requires retraining the mind and body how to think and feel.  

The primary elements of this episode are:

  • When we are used to feeling unloved, it's because we will not receive love. We must fall in love with feeling loved. 
  • When we live a life full of stress, pressure, tension, conflict, and drama, it's because we are wired for chaos. We must make peace with feeling peace. 
  • When we want to create higher level outcomes but struggle to get traction, it's because of our thought patterns. We must think about what we're thinking about in order to choose higher level thoughts.
