Resiliency has always been one of my strengths, but consistency and sustained commitment has not. This is the 50th episode of Lead. Love. Profit. Play., and I want to celebrate with you! In today's episode I want to talk about how this podcast was conceived, how it takes form each week, and my commitment to continuing to create high quality content which moves the needle in the world!

The primary elements of this episode are:

  • The development of Lead. Love. Profit. Play. had a long lead-time. The idea, name, subject matter, and actually recording of the first episode took year. 
  • When I receive a spark of inspiration I act, and until I do receive that spark, I trust my intuition to guide me. My inspiration works for me, and never against me. 
  • I know my voice matters in how this podcast has been embraced and the feedback I routinely receive. I am committed to continuing to grow myself and this podcast to make a bigger difference in the world.
  • Thank you for allowing me into your life. Thank you for honoring my commitment. Every listen and listener matters to me, and from the bottom of my heart, I love you.
