After exiting the corporate world Jennifer Donley and her husband Joe started Claria Clean, a commercial cleaning and restoration company based just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Jen also entered the Real Estate investment world, then took an immediate crushing loss on her first flip property. She ultimately found her zone building a powerful rental portfolio. During her adventures in landlording, she stumbled upon and mastered a commonly overlooked niche which provides the ultimate in profitable, predictable, and steady income streams - Section 8. Over a few short years Jen built a portfolio of high-quality section 8 rentals, and now she teaches others to navigate the the system to create real time and financial freedom.
