Mindset is a buzzword, but do you really understand what it means? Mindset means changing what's happening in your mind and body to create what you want instead of what you don't want. Mindset is powerful and necessary, but mindfulness is the path to a higher level of mindset, but few are willing to do what it takes to create new levels of thinking. 

The primary elements of this episode are:

  • Whatever you believe is true for you, and your results and circumstances will reflect your beliefs. 
  • Your experiences created your beliefs, and your beliefs create your thoughts and emotions. To change any circumstance you must understand your experiences, current beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. 
  • Silence and stillness - the absence of distraction - is the environment which creates the awareness required to elevate your mindset. Few are willing to practice mindfulness to get the most effective results.
