Stop Expecting People To Change First and Start Changing Yourself

Have you ever been upset because a friend let you down? Did you expect that just because they were your friend that they would treat you 'better'? In this episode I talk about a friend of mine who ad lent their friend money in the tune of low thousands of pounds and got angry when they didn't repay BUT still lent them more money. The question is why? Why would you repeat a behaviour that doesn't work for you? So in this episode I tell you why they behaved like that, why we are all like that in some areas of our life and what we really need to do to stop behaving like that towards others.
