344: Tunic, Kirby and the Forgotten Lands and Hogwarts Legacy

Austin plays TUNIC, a game in development for years made by one person. This game is beautiful, challenging and full of wonder. It's also available Xbox Game Pass! Brett and Jason play Kirby and the Forgotten Lands which isn't what we expected and a bit of a disappointment. We share the early impressions of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and also talk about our experiences with Returnal's new co-op mode.

In the news, we talk about the rumored PS5 Pro and the newly announced Witcher game that is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. Ubisoft reveals Scaler aiming to bring big worlds and unlimited player counts through the cloud. Rockstar announces a subscription for Grand Theft Auto called GTA+ for $5.99. Is it worth it?

In our discussion, we explore Hogwarts Legacy with their new State of Play. It was a huge reveal with a ton of gameplay, new features revealed and more. With all this content, we wonder if it's too much. Can they put all this content in the game and keep it exciting?
