In this first episode, I reflect on a few of my past travel experiences whilst working as a photographer at sea, and how finding a process that requires constant application and a positive change of mindset can stop you from plateauing and finding yourself stuck, unmotivated and not progressing.  



This is the overall theme of this podcast, to reflect on defining moments and learn from them, so that each day we can get better and better!
