Upstate social worker Chevelle Jones-Moore tells about a new program called "Sharing Life" that allows cancer patients who are near the end of life to leave video messages for their loved ones. "Each one has been unique," she says. "They want to be remembered, and what they want to be remembered for is totally different." The videos are provided to patients of the Upstate Cancer Center at no charge.
