I started taking on a septuplets based solo this week, and thought I would give a bit of insight in to how I am internalising and breaking this thing down so I can comfortably play it and also turn the new vocabulary in to actual flow... Like real ideas that I can utize in musical situations where it may complement the music. As well as speeding up the process so I can get this thing ready in less than a week.
