Drumming and Spirituality - why one without the other was my recipe for disaster

This is a pretty candid episode... I am going to talk about my deeper spiritual point of view on drumming and what I believe to be music's deeper role in society and how it can be transformative to us and those around us if we go a little deeper, and stop using music as a tool just to be better than others or just to be happy, but also to find a deeper part of ourselves that is pure and free of judgement.
