One new approach I’ve been using lately is using my early mornings for spiritual work, meditation and yoga. 
Along with nature therapy, can really create a positive experience in our lives. 
Connection with nature and our bodies can be uplifting and healing. 
Stepping out of the mundane is something we should all strive for.
