In this episode I discuss one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, ( trigger warning ) I was 7 years old when I was betrayed by my friends father.
I was fighting for my life, confused and scared.
I decided to tell this story as a way of releasing it from my soul because I kept it a secret for so long and I didn’t want it to weigh on my soul anymore. 
Also to help others who may be struggling with a similar situation.
