Today's episode is based off of the things I SO badly would of wished someone told me 2 years ago.
What I am breaking down in this episode is the number one thing that completely changed the trajectory of my life.
I spent years of my life stuck in the most toxic cycle with food, my body, exercise and my whole 'healthy lifestyle', it was the thing that caused the most chaos and the thing I thought I would never escape.
