Quote From Research:  “Without deliberate intervention to redefine masculine success beyond economic provision and to challenge the Man Box's emotional restrictions, we risk losing an entire generation of men to depression, anxiety, and despair.”

Headline #6 / Many Men Fear Being Called Out Or Cancelled.

This is a very interesting headline. The FEAR of BEING CALLED OUT or CANCELLED. We all know that FEAR typically paralyzes anyone from making a decision. Men are afraid to share their real feelings or anger about any number of topics, so they choose to do NOTHING. I mentioned this concept of NOT DOING anything in my TEAR IT ALL DOWN episode. It’s a real epidemic for men today and I prefer to call it, NO MAN'S LAND!

Living in a perpetual state of “NO MAN’S LAND” means men are stuck and choose NOT to do anything. They are frozen in fear of expressing their true feelings and also terrified if their outcome for sharing their feelings means they get cancelled.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. NO MAN’S LAND is a living state of having insane thoughts, it doesn’t mean you're CRAZY insane and want to do something to harm innocent people, it just means you can’t stop yourself from thinking about doing something good for yourself and terror of being cancelled because you did. It’s a constant loop of being so terrified about doing anything you tell yourself it will go away soon and never does. Getting off this “NO MAN’S LAND” process can’t be overcome by just thinking about it. Action is the only answer and it will require anyone to actually make a decision.

Since most men learn lessons by doing the “wrong thing” first, it can be a very scary place to be when you’re not confident in yourself to move forward and take any healthy action for yourself. I will get more into this topic later, but for right now let’s stick with the data within Headline #6. I’ll see ya in there.

Keep Smiling,

R-
