Quote From Research:  “Without deliberate intervention to redefine masculine success beyond economic provision and to challenge the Man Box's emotional restrictions, we risk losing an entire generation of men to depression, anxiety, and despair.”

Headline #1 - “Economic anxiety is at the forefront of men’s worries.”

Alright folks, this is the first episode of a series of podcast videos going over each of the eight headlines highlighted in The State Of American Men 2025 Research Study. Economic Anxiety is the core focus in this headline and understanding how Economic Anxiety impacts men. How does EA affect a man’s self-esteem and value & reputation they might receive from a career.

For me, I’m usually the last one to see how I might be feeling & reacting to “outside forces” that are going on in my life. The State Of American Men 2025 Research allows me to anchor myself to the data and I LOVE IT. The data provides a structure and foundation to how I’m responding to the world outside of me. How do the outside forces I’m around affect me and how am I reacting & communicating with my trusted inner circle (family, friends, mentors).

I feel like I’ve been given an opportunity to hold myself accountable for behaviors & actions and I crave this kind of feedback. I never want to be left in the dark when it comes to learning anything about myself. Hearing and accepting the truth about myself is a double edged sword for sure. It does cut both ways. I hope this research & data can do the same for you. Give you an opportunity to see what you are accountable for in your personal and professional life. That’s all I got for now. I’ll see ya in there.

Keep Smiling,

R-
