Guest, Femke Hovinga, and André discuss the difference between burnout and BOREOUT.  She gifted us access to the Jobs Demand Resources Model on how to examine job characteristics and burnout. the Femke is a social entrepreneur from the Netherlands specializing in gifted people and providing services to the gifted with Talentissimo. With SCALIQ, she developed an IQ test for the gifted.  SCALIQ is an organization that develops psychometric instruments for the gifted/2E population.
