Hi,

I'm finally back! OMG, I've been so bad at staying consistent with the podcast, which is so annoying because I love doing it.

Anyway, back to getting my sh*t together, and I have an amazing guest this week. Helen is a parenting consultant. In a previous life, she was a PICU Nurse and health visitor, and she is also a gentle sleep coach and mum of four—two of whom are neurodiverse.

She is the epitome of the honest mum, and I wish I had her energy in my life when I was a new mum. Actually, thinking about it, I'm going to have a bit of an Instagram cull as I want more people with Helen's kind of fun energy and fewer of the 'you will mess up your kids if you don't do this one thing' types.

We talk all things sleep, how different children are, and my most recent struggle getting over jet lag. FYI, I'm not complaining; the trip to Mexico was so worth it, but we all know jet lag's not fun.
