Welcome to another Episode of the Nashville dads.  

This week we have on Brian Elmquist and Zach Williams from the Lone Bellow.  Brian is the first guest to ever name an episode, so this one will also be known as The Valley of the Diapers.  We talked about  how they ended up in Nashville, letting your kids fall at the playground, parenting books, dads and changing diapers, and sobriety.  We're really appreciative of the guys for taking time for a phone call as they prepare to go on tour.  And that they were willing to share so many stories about parenting and laughing with their families.  Make sure to go see them at the Schermerhorn in Nashville on September 17th when they play with the symphony.  We hope you enjoy the episode!
