Episode 56 - If You Can't Do This, You Won't Move Up

Your ability to take vague direction and turn it into a desired outcome of the business is so important in your engineering career, but it's something I had never thought of before (in that way).

I have been doing this for a long time, since day one actually, but never quite connected the dots to this line of thinking. And I realized something...

It can be a goal, with a strategy, and executed upon to increase your ability to get promoted and gain more responsibility in your engineering career.

I want to share this line of thinking with you in this solo episode of the Impactful Engineer.

The Impactful Engineering Project's purpose is to bring awareness, access, success, and mentorship to all new and aspiring engineers. But it doesn't stop there. What we talk about on this podcast applies to seasoned engineers as well.

• A "leg up" on the competition by giving people the tools and mindset to achieve their ultimate goals.
