One of the funniest (well, not haha funny) things I've found is that the most creative people can still worry that they're not good enough. The tragic part is that our world is missing all of the wonderful contributions that are caught in the world of self-doubt.
Do you ever feel just on the outside of your creativity?
Perhaps you worry that what you create won't be good enough. Or you hear the reverberations of past criticism - often said out of projection or unkindness.
This episode is also for anyone who ever had the silly idea that they're not creative.
Today we talk about what it feels like to not have the freedom to create, how to identify it, and what to do about it.
After you listen to this, go out and make some stuff. And have a lot of fun doing it!
