Dan Loney, marriage and family therapist, is back to continue our conversation from last week. This week we focus on why it's so important to really listen to yourself.

We explore this concept, along with why it’s so important, from a variety of inroads, while also honoring the themes of rest and recovery from last week.

We hope that these conversations might spark your own thoughts (we’d love to hear!) and catalyze your own trueness and inner intelligence to come forth.

Dan Loney is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) practicing out of San Diego, California. He specializes in identity work and helping people free themselves from stuck states. Over the past 14 years, he has been committed to developing content to help people connect more deeply to themselves and others, hopefully to be released in 2022. He is an accomplished athlete - competing in both soccer and tennis leagues, while also recently taking a deeper dive into yoga and breathwork.
